Psychology study at Mykolas Romeris university and University of Victoria

These days there are a lot of people who study at universities or at colleges, so everyone can choose where he wants to study but it depends on human opportunities and of course knowledge. Mykolas Romeris University is very beautiful and good place for people, who want to gain degrees like bachelors, masters and doctors. Other university that I would like to present is university of Victoria, which is in Canada.Universities in Lithuania and in abroad have some differences. So, I would like to compare these two universities.

First of all, in both universities , people who study psychology must learn non-psychology subjects like foreign languages, philosophy,also about development of psychology and processes which  take place in our brain. There are 1226 faculties in Victoria‘s university.The most popular are business, engineering,arts, human and social development, law, medical sciences and social sciences.Talking about university of Mykolas Romeris, there are six faculties.It is social policy,social informatics, public security, politics and management, law and economics and finance management.So, Victoria‘s university has more faculties than our university.

What is more, other different is that in our university studies is a half year less than in the university of Victoria.So, people who want to get a bachelor degree should study three and a half years, and in Canada‘s university four years.There are  more than 19,000 students in Canada university.About 3200 students are graduate bachelor and about 1500 students are graduate major, but every year our university enrolls approximately 21.000 students and now bachelors are about 4000, masters 1800 and doctors about 200.

All in all, these universities have some opportunities.In both universities are student exchange program,scholarship and Victoria‘s university has studies  online and our university has internship.What is good, both universities have entertainments, where students can spend their leisure time.There are basketball, theatre, football, swimming-pool and ballroom dancing in the university of Victoria and in  university of Mykolas Romeris we can found chorus,folk dance club, gym, basketball, volleyball, students representation and students science society.

Finally,i think that both universities are very good places, where people can gain degrees like bachelors, masters and doctors.
